Corbin Van Arsdale, R-Houston, in The Dallas Morning News: "Whoever's driving the car gets blamed for it. It's like, 'Hey, why are we in the desert? We're supposed to be in Disneyland.' The constituents are not happy at this continual failure to come up with something."
